This Privacy Policy explains how GRANOR, a brand operated by Maryna Kara Inc (“we”, “us”), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information through this website. We comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us through our forms: your name, phone number and any message you write, so we can prepare and send you an estimate and contact you back.
• Dock-designer information: if you use the interactive map designer, we receive the dock configuration you build and the map location or pin you select, so our estimate matches your shoreline. We do not request or store your precise device GPS location unless you explicitly search for or select it yourself.
• Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and user-agent, and — only if you consent — advertising and analytics cookies (see section 4).

2. Why we use it

• To respond to your request and provide a written estimate.
• To contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or messaging apps you initiate.
• With your consent, to measure and improve our advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. Form submissions are delivered to our team by email, stored in a private spreadsheet, and posted to a private internal messaging channel — using service providers (including Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc.) that process the data on our behalf. Where you have consented to marketing cookies, limited event data is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. through the Meta Pixel. Some providers may process data outside Québec/Canada; we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.

4. Cookies & tracking

Essential cookies keep the site working. Advertising/analytics cookies (such as the Meta Pixel) load only after you accept them in our cookie banner. If you decline, no advertising or analytics cookies are set. You can withdraw consent at any time by declining the banner, clearing this site’s cookies in your browser, or contacting us.

5. Your rights

Under Law 25 and PIPEDA you may, subject to legal limits, request to access or correct your personal information, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it. 6. Retention & security

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to serve your request and meet our legal and business obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
